“Charged me about £5 for 'express' delivery which was supposed to take 48 hours, took almost a week and I was neither informed or notified of the delay that my order had until contacting them. Will be requesting a refund for the delivery as it was fufilled in the time advertised.”

Hi Bradley, Fisrtly apologies that this has happened. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we're sorry you had a bad experience. We would like the opportunity to look into this error with your order if you could kindly call the office on 01254 52525. We can then investigate why your order was delivered so late and we can strive to do better. Apologies once again Nicola Bargh
