“Very easy to set up. The policy was straightforward. I'm not yet sure of the value this offers most homebuyers, as it seems to cover only the very worst case scenarios for homebuying, but it feels helpful to have those scenarios covered.”

“I feel relieved to know we have Home Buyers insurance. House buying is a stressful situation at the best of times and it makes it a little easier to know we have some protection should the purchase collapse or we are gazumped. The policy was very easy to buy, but be aware of the need to purchase the policy within 14 days of the instruction to your solicitor/ mortgage application.”
