“I have ordered tea lights from but it's very difficult to find them on your website - I knew what I wanted so entered "tea lights" into the search box but it came up with everything else but tea lights. I found out in the end that I needed to enter "Bolsius." I hope that helps and I look forward to when they come back in stock.”

Thank you for this. It is genuinely helpful. We've implemented a new search facility on the website that lets you search by image for visually similar products and even by voice for mobile users, but it does have a few simple flaws and we now know that not recognising that 'tea light' and 'tealight' are actually the same thing is one of them - we're on it.

“The item arrived very quickly and was what I ordered but I realised i wanted another part to complete the Ban Marie and sent an Email asking for help. I have had no reply so far. Please ring me on [Telephone number] as I want to buy the pot the purchased part fits in. Thanks”
