“Went on line, found Replacement Keys and told them l didn't have the code for my Yale keys. They said no problem, send a photo of the key. Did that and 2 days later, after a very reasonable payment, got the keys through the post. Excellent service. John in Harrogate”

“Ordered keys a while ago but didn’t need to use them immediately, when I did they didn’t fit. I contacted Replacement Keys and they were brilliant. They responded within minutes, asked for a photo of the replacement keys alongside the original. When I sent it they replied by return saying that they could see the problem and said they would send two new ones. The new ones arrived within days and worked perfectly. Very professional, responsive and solved the problem extremely quickly.”

“Once I found out how to identify the industrial keys I needed, the order progressed as one would expect. Excellent! However, finding the keys needed was difficult. The site didn't work in a logical progression, plus there was no telphone number to help and the email link simply didn't work. So keys and delivery 5 star, Site frustratingly 2 star.”
