“I made an order with Replacement Keys Ltd and unfortunately there was issues with the posting service so they did not arrive. I got in touch with the team and they responded extremely quickly and sent me out a new order free of charge the following day. They were extremely helpful. I would definitely use them again.”

It looks like your order arrived next day (according to Royal Mail) which is quicker than the 1-5 business days usually required for the standard delivery service you selected. “Didn’t really expect they would be able to help as even contacting Facom dealers rendered no results - I had no key just sent pictures of lock - 2 keys ordered based on they’re assessment, fitted perfectly - couldn’t be happier! Rapid postage , outstanding customer service - 5 star rating”
