“Excellent service. Keys were delivered very quickly for several orders. One one occassion there was a problem that one of the keys didn't work which was because my builders had given me the wrong keycode. Even though it wasn't their fault, replacementkeys went the extra mile to sort our the problem and provide me with a key that worked. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered the wrong keys. I wanted R241 but ordered R214. When I notified the company they resent the correct ones , free of charge. You don’t get that sort of service often Brian Gore”

“Mistakenly ordered wrong key series which didn't fit, so requested advice by email. Superb customer service, email returned by Ian advising that he had revised the details and order and would send the correct keys as a gesture of good will. “Fantastic service. We lost our only garage door key. I sent them a photo of the lock, and the name of the (possible) key brand, and less than 24 hours later I had two replacement keys delivered. Thank you!”
