“They Cut my keys wrong so I then had to pay extortionate price to get an emergency locksmith out as I had tenants moving in and are ignoring my request for a refund and are instead sending out keys for a lock that is now redundant!”

“I needed some suitcase keys quickly to open the Christmas decorations suitcase which I had stupidly locked and lost the keys. Having realised that I wouldn't get them in time the way I had ordered them, Hayley from replacement keys was an angel and got them sorted for me in time for the decorations to go on the tree for the children's party. Brilliant service.”
