“I sent an order to Replacement keys and the next day I received the keys, sadly they did not work so contacted Replacement keys and sent a photo of the key card provided by Yale with my new door locks and a photo of the door key and the new key side by side to show the difference in the cutting, turns out that yale had put a wrong code on the key card, this was spotted and corrected by Replacement Keys and a second set of keys were received the next day and they work a treat. 10/10 for excellent service and a good product.”

“I am SO impressed by this company! I needed replacement keys for my mailbox in the US. I placed my order on a Monday and my keys were delivered the following Saturday. Tracking information was spot on. My mailbox was made in the UK and this was the only company I could find that could make replacement keys for it. I spent 40 years in the customer experience space and I highly recommend ReplacementKeys! Thank you!”

“Simple & clear ordering process, fast turn around and shipping, keys work spot on. With modern security style keys I was a little sceptical of cutting from a photo being successful first time around but this was unfounded with both speed & capability of the keys being great.”
