“An easy company to deal with. There was a minor delay to my order due to an email mix-up, probably my fault. “We had a new composite door fitted that has a locking system where keys are ordered using a unique alphanumeric code. After looking around online and on the manufacturer's website, I discovered that the easiest way forward was to order from Replacement Keys Ltd, and I am very glad that I did. Website was very easy to navigate, pricing was excellent, and as there was no immediate rush for the keys, I chose the cheapest delivery option which arrived the following day. All the keys worked perfectly first time, and were safely packaged on arrival. Nothing to fault either on service, quality, and value for money, therefore totally deserves a 5 star review.”
