“The service was quick and efficient and the item arrived in neat, well-presented packaging. Even the small details stood out — from the envelope to the leaflet holding the replacement keys (if you can call it that), everything was top notch. Even the invoice was folded perfectly! I know they’re just replacement keys, but this really exceeded my expectations. I was expecting something basic, just keys tossed in an envelope, but they truly went the extra mile. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was genuinely impressed.”

“Really easy to check they could make the particular keys I needed simply by using their guidance to send a picture of them. Came within a couple of days and all four work perfectly. Very reasonable price too. Highly recommend Replacement Keys Ltd.”

“A very quick and fantastic service. I emailed my house key information and within 2 days i had my replacement keys. A wonderful service and very fast in delivery. Plus the prices very exceptional. “Emailed the company with a key request, provided all information to hand at the time. Keys ordered and sent quickly. Unfortunately they didn't work, contacted the company, sent videos etc. in the end they asked me to return keys and offered a full refund. All actioned and completed.”

“The company were helpful when delivery was delayed but teh description of the product on the website was not entirely accurate. I ordered what I thought was a square key but the edges were chamfered so it is in fact hexagonal. I would not have bought it had I known this.”
