“Amazing service. Needed a replacement key urgently to access a cabinet containing some business documents. Not only did the Replacement Keys arrive by 1pm the following day, but they fitted the lock perfectly. Thanks very much....saved me the cost of calling out a locksmith. Will definitely use Replacement Keys again and have spread the word to work colleagues and friends, Mike (Cardiff)”

“Excellent customer service from Ian who liased with me by email. Very prompt delivery and keys fit perfectly. Much cheaper than my local key cutter who charged more than twice the price and the keys didn't fit !!! My niece was delighted with the price and service when she used the company, so thought I would try too. Would definitely recommend.”

“Good service. Only problem had to pay VAT and customs fees. Keys were good price including Post but extra costs would not allow me to repeat order. I assumed under 150euro their was no fees.?”
