“Absolutely amazing service, I was given a wrong key code by the builder and that resulted in me ordering a wrong keys. Contacted customer service and sent pic of the key and they immediately found the correct key code and sent me a new set of keys, which worked.. They are absolutely amazing, would highly recommend them to everyone.. Also they are almost 70% cheaper than Yale directly.”

“Super satisfied customer! Great customer service after a key type selection mix up with the order by me. Recommend maybe contact first to confirm key & lock type - which I didn’t do resulting in a slightly wrong size & cut for my lock. After an email explaining my predicament to Custmer Service email and a couple of confirmation photos showing my actual key & Abus lock the correct key was made & sent out FOC. Fantastic service - would definitely use again, but next time will confirm my selections to help get things right on order.”

“I needed a replacement key for one that was brken. I thought that I would have a problem as the lock in question was an American one, however the Replacement keys Web site was very easy to use, The key arrived the next day and worked. not much more to say. If I need another key I know who I'll be using again. Thank You Replacement Keys. Great Job”
