“The ordering and service was very slick and the order arrived promtly. The problem I found was that the keys I ordered simply didn't fit the lock, despite applying lubrication etc and advised. I contacted the company and after asking for pictures promptly sent two more keys. I fitted but was very stiff, the other didn't fit at all. They were very accommodating, offering to replace again but frankly wasn't worth it. I got a key cut from an original unused key and it fitted perfectly although it cost £34 for one key, but it fitted. They offered to refund on sending the keys back but isn't worth the hassle and postage”

“After an initial prblem I received my new keys which were of a type I was warned by someone would be very difficult to sourse. Not so! I have my keys and a refund for my initial problem. Well done!”

“Ordered 2 keys for genuine bmw roof bars and 2 keys for a roof bike rack and all fitted perfectly. Ordered on a Monday and reccieved delivery to Ireland on the friday. Excellent service.”
