“The keys fit perfectly but I was astonished that my security was breached by the fact that the Post Office notice sent to me on email stated that there were replacement keys sent to my address where the keys were to be used. Anyone in the P.O were able to see this and it is not welcome! Unfortunately I had no where else to have the keys delivered and has caused much concern.”

We're sorry to hear you are disappointed with our service. The email you have received is an automated message that mentions us as the sender, so that you knows who the parcel is from. We understand your concerns, please let me reassure you that there is no paperwork included in the package and there is nothing identifying what is inside or referencing back to you (other than the delivery address) and it does not include our name either. We do advise on our product and checkout pages to have these types of keys shipped to an alternative address (to where the lock is fitted to) for additional security. We do understand your concern and we thank you for your feedback, which we will look into to see if we can make some future improvements.
