“Really easy to order and came the next morning, absolutely brilliant as I only had 1 key and other key cutters said they would have to send the key away which was not possible. Price was far less than I had expected. Cannot fault the service. Thanks!”

“Ordered Sunday, I was expecting a week or 2 max for delivery. On Monday I received a notification it would take 1-2 days to arrive which I was surprised about. I had not got a picture of the key, but I knew the number on the barrel so thought I'd chance it to see if they could work their magic. Absolutely amazing quality, great communication, quick turnaround and all round good prices. I asked Timpsons to cut me a key, one said they could, another said they wouldn't try. Instead of messing about, replacement keys sorted it quickly and I will bring my business back here 100%”

“Although the key did not fit, the company did everything they could to help me which is why I have rated a two and a half. New keys were sent but also had to be returned for a refund. I am waiting to see if I am refunded the postage and cost for the lubricant suggested.”

“Amazing service! Like others have said, I didn't know how "good" a key would be just from a photo but it works a treat and is actually better, smoother action, than the original key. I'm telling everyone about this company - everyone thinks it's amazing how it's done from a photo. Really easy to place my order and quick service from order to delivery. No hesitation in using Replacement Keys again, when needed, or recommending them to others.”
