“I needed an extra Yale front door key cut and tried a well known High Street chain to make a copy, each attempt was unsuccessful as the keys wouldn't turn in the lock. I contacted Replacement keys and took the required photos of the key I wanted and Ian was highly professional in identifying what the issue was and resolved the problem and the new key fits perfectly. I would highly recommend using Replacement Keys Ltd. in the first instance and save yourself a lot of time and money.”

“Excellent service, I have used keys direct a few times now. The last time they went above and beyond. I ordered a key with a specific code, the code was hard to read so I also sent them an email with a photo of the key and the code. They confirmed that I had ordered the wrong code and sent the correct one instead which worked perfectly.”
