“I brought a car with a tow bar on it and detachable. I thought I was stuck for life couldn’t get it off. All you have to do is take a number on the side of the lock quote that number and they cut you a key. It’s easy as that.”

“Excellent company, easy to use guide to identify keys for roofbars, keys arrived a couple of days after ordering. Saved a fortune on being able to reuse old roofbars instead of buying new ones as the key were lost. If only every online retailer was this good!”

“i was supplied the incorrect key replacement codes by Yale with my barrels and was unaware when ordering a set of spare keys from Replacement Keys LTD, so when they arrived they did not fit. i sent an email explaining my confusion with photos of the correct key, they told me what my correct code should be and sent a pair of keys out next day from the correct code as a good will gesture. Cannot recommend enough absolutely fantastic customer service.”
