“Incredible service... Emailed to say I needed some replacement keys for my sons electric mountain bike battery as he had lost both. I sent a picture of the lock and code, within 30 mins I received a reply with a link to order on the website. Placed the order at 3:30pm and the keys that fit perfectly arrived the next day - AMAZING!”

“Good service. But unfortunately the new keys didn’t work even though the key numbers matched the barrel😕 Was sent a refund by replacement keys,and told to buy a different key as I'd ordered the wrong ones. Sadly the new key also didn't work”
