“I ordered a numbered replacement key late on a Friday. The email response to the order arrived at 16:57. I therefore didn't really expect the key until the following week but it arrived midway through Saturday morning!”

“I've been totally blown away by the customer service I've received from this company. Firstly I ordered a front door key that arrived super-quick and worked perfectly (at half the price of the main brand). I then ordered two back door keys and despite issues with the original ones not quite working the communication and speed of dealing with the issue and resolving it with keys that now work well has been really impressive! Thank you so much!”

“Delivery has been very fast and reliable each time I have placed an order. The only thing I would suggest needs to be clear is the multiple key order discount only applies if you order multiple copies of the same key and not different ones.”
