“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I needed a key after buying a new vehicle with a detachable tow bar. Unfortunately no unlocking keys came with the car/ tow bar. The website was super easy to navigate and find the key I was looking for. A couple of days passed and the keys had arrived. At first I had a problems with getting the key to work with the tow bar due to corrosion and other issues (with the locking mechanism) After sending an email off to replacement keys to ask for some help Hayley responded within 24 hours with a mass amount of tips and tricks to get the lock working again. After a bit of time and following the directions from Hayley the lock releases and the key worked freely with no further issues. Extremely happy and would absolutely recommend! Can’t thank Replacement keys Ltd enough.”
