“Found this company on line after I refused to pay £30 for a single key at Timpsons. I had to take photos of my 3 keys as they were quite old, I quickly got an email with codes and prices, I ordered and received the next day! Will definitely be a returning customer.”

“I ordered 3 keys at different times and have found Replacement keys to be very helpful and with fast delivery. The first key that I ordered I did not know the key number, but they asked me to provide a photo and they made a perfect match. As it was a key with dimples in the sides, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend them in future.”

“Absolutely faultless service. They are very customer friendly, queries are answered very quickly and they even give advice on what keys you need by a picture of the lock. Delivery is super quick - usually the keys are with me the day after ordering. I wouldn't use any other service :)”
