“Amazing first class service at a great price. My keys arrived barely over 24 hours after I had placed the order. I purchased 4 additional keys from Replacement Key & every one of them opened my new composite door sweet as a nut. Would certainly recommend Replacement Keys to anyone. “The service was excellent and staff dealt with issues that arose with speed and in a timely fashion. Although they were not able to supply me with a replacement key fro my double glazed kitchen window, I would recommend and use again if the need arose.”

“Ordered Sunday, I was expecting a week or 2 max for delivery. On Monday I received a notification it would take 1-2 days to arrive which I was surprised about. I had not got a picture of the key, but I knew the number on the barrel so thought I'd chance it to see if they could work their magic. Absolutely amazing quality, great communication, quick turnaround and all round good prices. I asked Timpsons to cut me a key, one said they could, another said they wouldn't try. Instead of messing about, replacement keys sorted it quickly and I will bring my business back here 100%”

“Although the key did not fit, the company did everything they could to help me which is why I have rated a two and a half. New keys were sent but also had to be returned for a refund. I am waiting to see if I am refunded the postage and cost for the lubricant suggested.”
