“I ordered a new aluminium framed notice/ pin board for our sales office. Price was fair & competitive & the product looked good on the web. It arrived promptly 2 days later & was as good as it had seemed on the web. Unfortunately the package had been dropped on one corner & the corner fixing was broken. I reported this to 'red17' & asked for a new corner piece as the rest of the item was fine. They asked for a photo which I sent & was immediately advised that a complete replacement board was on it's way to me. Two days later it arrived. The item had again been dropped on a corner by the carrier & the package was damaged, but thankfully the noticeboard was intact. It is a large parcel 48" square, so probably needs better transit protection on the corners! We all know that carriers do not take the care they should!! All in all I am very happy with the item ( it looks great in the office) & with the after-sales support I received & will certainly consider 'red 17' for any future requirements. Thanks red17.
