About The Red Dog Company:

The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“I saw a photograph of a cerulean blue dog bed in "Country Life" recently. Admittedly, what particularly attracted me to the picture was that the dog displayed in it was a Hungarian Vizsla, of which breed I have two - a wire-haired four-year-old and a smooth, rising two, (a replacement for my still much-missed first of this breed who died nearly two years ago). I contacted my namesake, Nick, on the Red Dog site, who most helpfully advised me on the appropriate sizes my dogs would need, and within five days they both enjoyed the luxury of their first night on lambswool-lined memory foam mattresses. We live in the country, so leads are seldom needed. Nevertheless, I was much taken by the double lead advertised n the website and have found it most useful in this particularly wet spell we have endured recently. Both dogs are enthusiastic greeters of other dogs and people, and because of the inordinate amount of mud around at the moment I slip the leads on when I see folk in the distance to avoid muddy paw marks all over those whom we are approaching.”

“We have two chocolate labradors, aged 13yrs and 2yrs. We bought our 2yr old one of your beds as our 13yr old had a beautiful Orvis bed and was very happy with that until your bed arrived and now it's bed wars at night. They both want the Red Dog Company Bed! On that basis we have just ordered another Red Dog Company Bed! Fantastic quality and service, would highly recommend!”

“I bought the roll up dog mat for my cockapoo, it was intended to be for the car but she loves it so much that it tends to stay mostly indoors but it is so easy to roll up and take in the car when needed, quality is excellent, great service and prompt delivery Both she and I are super pleased with it.”

“We ordered the large dog bed and the large orange dog mat. Both products are so well made! The dog bed looks great in the living room (finally something smart looking!) and our rescue dog loves it. We are yet to try out the dog mat with her as she thinks it's a toy to wrestle! But I'm hoping both products will last us a couple of years and we won't need to buy another bed for a long time. My only suggestion would be to add some straps on either side of the bed to assist with lifting and carrying it. Lovely, quality products. Worth it!”

“I recently purchased two large dog mats and a roll up blanket for my two dogs. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier so two very different sized dogs. I cannot praise both products enough. Looks wise they are perfect, very attractive and very neat. Functionality wise well all I can say is that both my dogs absolutely love them. They are extremely well made. I already had two very good beds but wanted these to move about the house from room to room as we have stone floors and these fitted the bill perfectly. The first day they arrived my Ridgeback got on one of the mats and didn't get off it for pretty much most of the day. I am more than pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about the comfort and support that our beloved pets need. Great quality product well done Red Dog Company for getting this so right”

“The roll-up diggie travel rug that I purcahsed is well designed, practical, uses high quality materials and is beautifully made. It is waterproof on the reverse, well-padded (so my old dogs don't need to lie on the cold, hard ground) and the natural wool fleece is comfortable and hygienic. Also, the customer service is excellent- speedy, efficient and convenient. I'm a very happy customer 💕and my 2 toy poodles are delighted with their new travel rug 🐩& 🐩 🐾”

“Really superb products. No they are not inexpensive but you really do only get what you pay for. Following receipt of the 2 oval beds and large mat, I have ordered a further mat and also invested in the leather collar and leads for our three labradors all of which are of the same premium standard. If I have a complaint it is getting the girls out of their beds! We have had labradors all our lives and I really wish the red dog company had been around sooner, would have saved a fortune.”

“I have just bought my Jack Russell her birthday present which is a new Red Dog bed and she absolutely loves it and I love the look of it - it is so well made and so cosy - I could not recommend them more - I had been looking at all the pet shops near me in South West London and could not find one which I liked so I was so pleased to find the Red Dog Company.”

“The excellent second to none service started with prompt response to my questions and lots of helpful pictures. I then placed my order, sadly I missed the delivery, I received a pro active unprompted email offering help and assisted to reschedule the delivery. Then the bed, beautifully made, a really quality quality item, the best I’ve ever purchased and I’ve had a few. Highly recommend the Red Dog Company and their products and superb service. “Very pleased to have discovered this company. I have now bought both a slip lead and a bespoke Dog Mat. The service has been excellent from the initial contact (had some questions about the mat and sizing that Nick provided great advice on) through to delivery which was next working day for the lead and only 1 extra day to make the mat to my requirements. Courier company (APC) was very good too. The quality of the products is excellent and like much in life, you get what you pay for. Dog is very pleased with his new bed and the lead has improved communication with him. Will be back for more items and I can't recommend the Red Dog Company enough. Thanks.”
