“We've just switched from Nespresso to a bean-to-cup machine and are experimenting with different blends from different companies. Rave so far is coming out top with Chatswood and especially their Strong AF blend. I like espresso stronger than the machine allows, so stop the pour a few seconds early. Just right.”
