Good points: easy to order; competitive price, helpful delivery team
Not so good: initial delivery was missing a key part of the order, and although this was quickly acknowledged, making contact after that was extremely difficult (emails not responded to, phones not answered, in fact calls summarily rejected). Order was eventually made good, but it was a very time consuming and stressful experience.
