“The bistro set arrived within 72 hours extremely well packed. The chairs are extremely comfortable and lightweight so they are easy to carry. The high backs and soft cushions make them a real winner”

“I ordered 2 x Oren Athens 2 Seater Bistro Set. Very happy with them and they are very comfortable to sit on. Delivery was fairly quick but the courier service used was a little to be desired. Excellent customer service at Ratten Garden Furniture, very pleasant and helpful”

“We ordered a new corner suite which we cannot fault the process of ordering was excellent from start to finish. However we forgot to order the cover, we looked on the site for our corner suite and the page has the cover we need. The picture on the cover package does not look like the suite so I contacted customer services who were very quick in replying and confirming this is the correct one. Very pleased with the support and service from RattanGardenFurniture we received.”

“The heavy base stand I got is absolutely brilliant but the way it was packed was poor , box in bits when it arrived delivery man apologised he even called back later because he found a part from our order in back of van , and base had a small chip in it apart from that quick service , and it hasn’t put me off buying from Rattan again”
