“On looking for rattan furniture I came across your company I was very impressed with the selection you offer and the prices are very reasonable. I checked your company with Trust Pilot and the reviews were very promising . I emailed you about the dimensions and I got a quick response off Max with all the information I needed. I placed my order and the Free parasol that came with my purchase was delivered the next day and is of good quality you can’t ask for better service than that I’m waiting on my garden furniture set now and I’m sure I will be as pleased with it as the parasol .I would highly recommend your company and sales staff to friends and family Mrs E Leonard”

“Very fast delivery, unfortunately we were out when it arrived as FEDEx didn’t stick to schedule and signature was needed. Luckily we were in second time even though again we had been told afternoon but it arrived mid morning. Very pleased with quality of bench for money paid and really easy to put together.”

“Very disappointing . First I was sent the wrong unit, then when I did get it I find it has scratches on the black coating and the handle along with the grill warped. I will still work fine but not sure it’s worth the price considering being a very flimsy and not fully de burred product. After-sales very good, quickly got the right unit sent out.”

“The delivery was quick and on time. The items look good but there are a couple of disappointing aspects: 1) one of the base units has a hairline crack in it and is slowly releasing water. 2) The advert references a ‘cover’ under the items included. Both myself and my wife read this to mean that a grey protective cover was included in the price when evidently it means that the canopy is grey. Ambiguous at best and it can be read both ways. We now have to fork out for a protective cover for the canopy when not in use, making the deal we though we were buying not quite as rosey as we’d assumed. Tried to call the company during office hours to draw their attention to these issues and discuss further but phone just rang out. Shame.”

“Wonderful, great quality and looks brill in our garden. Your delivery man didn't think he would get to us yesterday but he pulled out the stops and delivered late evening. He was great, pleasant, helpful and must have been very tired. There is always the concern when ordering goods on line that you don't get what you see but we did - thank you so much.”
