“Rapist gave brilliant customer service when I bought my new/received laptop. Really helpful staff who kept me informed. Purchase to install then data transfer all within 24 hours. Why only 4 stars? Would have liked a showroom, which currently they don't have. Would highly recommend.”

“Laptop in very good condition. The touch-pad did not work properly at first but that was soon sorted out with a driver update. The packaging was a little scruffy but good enough for the job. Overall a very nice laptop for the price and i would definitely use Rapid IT again Steve”

“Happy with delivery was within 48hrs from order placed. Product not quite as described only a minor deal but still advert described DVD RW I received a DVD Rom this reads the CDs. so I can install the software but I can't burn data so i have had to purchases a USB DVD drive £22.00 Another Issue I had was windows would not activate I had to purchase a new license total of £8.50 from website London computers which I recommend they have legit windows license for cheap. The machine had minor marks & a frayed cable which I fixed with electrical tape. this was described int he advert which I accept I understood this was a 2nd hand recondition pc so I expected that. Overall All I am happy with the product for the price I paid £250 i 7 Processor 8gb Ram 240 GB SSD this is value for money you won't find a pc with this spec in your local computer store new. I would buy from this company again and recommend to my friends and family. 8 /10 My Score My Experience”

“I've made a couple of purchases from this company before and have been very satisfied. This was the first time time I've ever experienced a problem... the HDD was faulty. It was replaced quickly within 2 days but the courier (Royal Fail) literally dropped it through my letterbox (even though I was in) - a drop of 3 feet. Luckily, the replacement HDD does not appear to have suffered any damager and I'm now a happy bunny in terms of the replacement PC itself. Improvement still needed on the returns/fault process.”

“Helpful and obliging support people are available over the telephone at Rapid IT. Buying a replacement display screen is not something I do lightly because it takes several weeks for my brain to adjust to the changes and does it put up a fight! The screen however was in physically very good shape and after the five days it took me to get my brain to accept the basic visual settings I am using it without too much protest by that jelly which fills the space between my ears. I will very probably be making further purchases of Windows PCs and laptops from Rapid IT in the months to come.”
