“I only give 3 star because keyboard was very dirty, otherwise both keyboard and mouse function well. Packaging was good and it was delivered in a day.”

“Very clean appearance, good feel with the keyboard, nice and crisp. Clean screen . Excellent, rapid delivery which is greatly appreciated. Obviously not a fast machine and still looking for suitable software for my purposes. The battery is completely shot. Can't hold a charge at all. but not really an issue as I don't intend to be travelling around to use. Might look into a new battery if they are available.”

“The service was top quality. Unfortunately the computer is unreliable for internet use. This means I can't rely on it for my business which is internet based. Sometimes it works and other time it does not. So now back to using the laptop till I can afford something better. Can use for other tjings not related to internet connection fine.”

“I returned for a second reconditioned pc base unit, having had good service from the first ( which continues to prove valuable in the workshop). Whilst the second model is now functioning properly, I was initially disappointed that it did not meet it's description as advertised. It was both cosmetically damaged (dented metal case) and the implied wifi functionality was merely the provision of a cheap usb plugin. Having said all that,. as i'm currently typing through this machine, it's doing it's job in a quiet and unobtrusive fashion. I guess the moral of the story is that you get what you pay for, and next time i'll stump up the extra cash for something that I won't be embarrassed to display.”

“Unfortunately the laptop I purchased wouldn't work properly so i returned it. Contact was via email with always somebody unavailableb who could help so i am in the process of returning it”

“My order was delayed which is understandable due to the floods, my order arrived but onboard sound is broken, tried everything but windows could not recognise the device so had to buy an external soundcard. other than that, great value for money!”
