I bought a laptop to start an online class. My laptop was delivered and the charger was broke and as such I missed my lecture on the first day. I spoke to Recce who sent me out another charger and promised compensation will be given to me but I waited and nobody contacted me I am extremely disappointed with the service

The Acer Travelemate I have a problem with,I can not activate it, I e-mailed Rapid IT on the 27th November the day after I received It, still waiting for a annswer?

Took in Apple Ipad in excellent condition that seemed to have a charging problem. Rapid returned it without the screen and said it was irreparable, no explanation, no refund for the missing screen or offer to replace. Bought the missing parts of ebay and repaired it myself!!! Also, Apple I phone 5s broken screen and dropped in water. Returned as irreparable. Back to ebay and happy days working. This firm is a joke.

The charger for the laptop I purchased doesn't work properly,the hassle to contact the seller is too much pressure for my field of work so I'm just suffering with the charger

Waste of money. Should never have bought the laptop. Very slow. Sometimes doesnt even turn on. Did message supplier on ebay but was ignored.
