I've made a couple of purchases from this company before and have been very satisfied. This was the first time time I've ever experienced a problem... the HDD was faulty. It was replaced quickly within 2 days but the courier (Royal Fail) literally dropped it through my letterbox (even though I was in) - a drop of 3 feet. Luckily, the replacement HDD does not appear to have suffered any damager and I'm now a happy bunny in terms of the replacement PC itself. Improvement still needed on the returns/fault process.
