“They advertised a product on the website and allowed it to be purchased despite it being discontinued. With no Inital appology via email just saying. "Please note that the FLEXI NEXT GENERATION ELEMENT - 300w WITH RC is now discontinued and we do not have any further stocks available." Happy to take the money from your account tho. The customer service assistant sounded very sarcastic on the phone. Will not be using them again”

Hi, Thank you for your email and comment first of all. We didn't know that the item was discontinued until the supplier sent response to us, we have informed you instantly by email but we haven't heard response from you for a while. Online companies have to take the money once you shop online, there is no other way to purchase goods online. We already said sorry on our second email. We are sorry to dissapoint you. Regards

“Radiators delivered quickly. Packaging could be in better condition but radiators were safe. When they are so heavy the packing could be more helpful for moving them around.”

“Radiator arrived next working day as promised well packed and with a very pleasant helpful driver. I installed the radiator on the following day and we are very happy with our designer radiator. It’s a Reina stainless radiator and quality is excellent. This is our fourth attempt at buying a radiator of decent quality, so glad we found Radiator World I would highly recommend them.”

“First the good points - radiator was well packed and was supplied with fittings You have to supply your own BSP glands for the radiator though. Overall finish was good and fitted easily. Bad points - the radiator supports are made of chromed plastic - they support the radiator just but expect them to break within a few years Supports for these radiators effectively cantilever the load from a wall - why in the name of all that’s holy would anyone put cheap plastic rad supports on a large bathroom radiator! I’ll be looking for some replacement brackets in the not too distant future - the radiator is quite good but the brackets let this product down”
