We ordered 2 vertical radiators and valves , prior to delivery we were contacted as they noticed we had not ordered the correct valves. We were very impressed with that particular customer service..
Unfortunately we had a problem with our first delivery , the radiator was damaged , I emailed a photo and, it was replaced very quickly with no fuss . Very pleased with the service and the radiators.
