I ordered a new toilet seat from QS Supplies. Delivery day came and they sent me a "delivery failure" email in which they claimed their driver had called and no one answered the door, so they wanted an additional £12.00 + VAT to redeliver. Thing is, I have a security camera covering my front door, and no one came to the door. I was also working in my office which overlooks the front door. No one came to my front door. My dog is also better than any doorbell. He didn't bark. No one came to my front door. Contacting them, they were adamant their driver tried to telephone me and they had also tried, but they couldn't get an answer. There were no missed calls on my phone. These scammers are looking for the £12 to redeliver. I doubt they even shipped the goods out to me. It's a scam to make more money. Did they even have the goods in stock, which reading other reviews elsewhere it seems they might not. Don't spen your money with QS Supplies!

Had an issue withy product sent, customer service absoluteley useless no help whatsoever. Wanted to exchange for another product decided against it after dealing with them

Do not shop at this store. SCAM! This has been possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. 2 of the 3 products I ordered arrived damaged and now QS Supplies are refusing to replace of refund. Even though the damage was clearly done in manufacture and transit. The prices may seem competitive but the poor service and damaged products massively out weigh the slight saving. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the poorly run company do not deserve any business

A strange organisation which is either dysfunctional, or is designed to make sure that customers are treated badly. Part delivered, and one item damaged. Demanded refund based on the fact that under distance selling rules they had a, failed to deliver all items, and b. some items were damaged. They are hiding right now, however going to use lawyers and sue them for costs. Extremely poorly run business. look elsewhere.

One star sadly I can't give them ZERO stars, as this is one of the most awful companies I have ever dealt with, I ordered a product from them that was undamaged when it arrived to me but was unsuitable and too heavy for the room so I returned it at my own expense (huge box 1.5m (h) 1m (w) and 20cm (d) at a large cost of £50) This is when the countless calls and emails began I got an email to say it had been returned in "INADEQUATE packaging" however this was the same exact packaging that they sent it out to me so when received and after it has been processed in 5 working days I will be issued with a full refund, so I waited then I called and been told that it had been told there was some "MINOR" damage and they were going to see about repairing the (again) "minor" scratch" (1st apparent issue) this will take a few extra days and they will let me know so called and asked to speak to a manager which I never got through to end up speaking to some moron in the office who told me the scratch needed some attention, after the call I decided to confirm every phone call as an email (this was the best choice I made and would continue doing) then a few days later I get another email saying that the damage is more than they had expected and they were now no longer going to be refunding me! so I phoned and emailed to request pictures of the damage, I received 3 shoddy pictures of a hole in a cardboard box showing the glass in the inside but "no clear evidence" of any damage, so I phoned and was now being told that it must have been damaged in transit between me and them (luckily for me I insured the item against damages) so I got in contact with the transport service and told them (filed all the relevant paperwork) and waited. in the meantime I was told that by the end of the week they would be "disposing" of it, I told they need to keep hold of it so it can be collected and examined by the transporting company and this would take about 7 days (again I reconfirmed everything in an email to qs) Again I call Qs back requesting more photos of clearer quality as the ones that they had sent to me showed nothing, now I received 6 more rubbish photos. However, now it has become clear that they themselves have damaged the box as the hole was now holes (yes more than one) and bigger it looked like they had got a Stanley blade/screwdriver and scratched the hell out of it but it was still very unclear where the damage was and whether this was actually the item I had returned! now 6 weeks later the item had been picked by the transport company and it was going to take time to check things over, I then get an email to say that wasn't damaged while transporting it but QS said it was, after 2 months and 30+ emails and 20+ very rude (getting worse each time), I decided to take the matter into my own hands! The motto of this story is "Avoid like the plague" and let everyone else know that they are just the pits

AVOID this company at ALL COSTS! The other person who reviewed this company just so happens to work as QS supplies, Hussein is the guy I spoke to on the phone hahaha! T hey really are a bunch of lying cowboys after researching this company I found out the person who owns it had the last company SHUT DOWN... ooops! Rude staff, hang up phone, fob you off with excuse after excuse, lying manipulative staff, no managers, no resolutions, only interested in taking your money. Ran by cowboys with chips on their shoulders! RE: Shower Turbo Waste paid for and not received 3rd April 2014 – Paid for Shower tray as per invoice attached. 13th April – Received shower tray but wityh no waste as per their website stating it is included. Sent email to notify them and rang them to which they argued it didn’t come with it, then they said have to wait for stock since manufacturer has none. 13th April – Received email saying a turbo waste is on order and allow 2-3 days for delivery 16th April – Received email saying turbo waste is on way and allow 5-7 days for delivery 24th April – Received email saying turbo waste which is expected next week 5th May - Received email saying turbo waste which is expected next week 13th May - Received email saying turbo waste which is expected next week After this date they stopped sending emails, so I kept ringing them every day to check on status. Below a list of reasons in the order they gave, as to why my turbo waste has not been delivered. 13th May – Said manufacturer was out of stock of this particular waste. I promptly rang the manufacturer who said they have thousands in stock all the time, they are never out of stock. I rang QS supplies back and told them this and they then changed their stories to, they do not have the stock. I informed them they said manufacturer and they apologized (something they do regularly with no meaning). They said they would raise a stock order that day and get a definite delivery on Thursday, the agent Hannah said 100% guaranteed and made a promise. Post 13th May - I waited and no item arrived or any communications so I rang them and they said due to the bank holiday it is delayed, they don’t know when it will arrive. They said Monday or Tuesday. I rang them back on Monday 18th May 2015 and they said they don’t know where it is and hopefully it will arrive in next 2-3 days. I rang them back the next day and the next day and got the same excuses. I rang them on Thursday and they again said they are waiting for container to arrive hopefully next week. I rang them today on 2nd June 2015 and another agent argued it did not come with it, I mentioned his website did and he said he would have to have it confirmed. I asked when he would get back to me, he would not give any date or time and was in a hurry to get me off the phone. I rang back and got to speak with another agent who said the container had not arrived yet and they are waiting for it. I contacted citizens advice bureau after which is the reason of writing this letter. It is my belief that even though QSsupplies even shows the same webpage stating it comes with a shower waste, they are in full breach here. They are also unwilling to refund me money without me suffering consequential losses returning the item, due to their negligence. I am shocked that companies like this are still allowed to operate.

I bought a sink and a set of taps from QS. It was the cheapest price that I could get anywhere but that ended up being for a reason. I would advise purchasing elsewhere but I would emphasise this if you're ordering anything that you need relatively soon. QS don't give you a delivery estimate so it could take one day or onw month, you just have no idea. They do not stock the item in their warehouse so they may not have the item to send even though on the website it shows as 'in stock. Eventually they scheduled my delivery a few weeks after ordering and weeks after all of my bathroom items from other stores arrived. The sink arrived but the taps did not. The delivery driver left them in his van. Customer service then couldn't get hold of the delivery driver and there was then radio silence from them. They eventually rescheduled the second part of the delivery but didn't post the item out until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Again, making everything late. Their customer service is shocking. They can't ever give you information on deliveries even though their delvieries are done in-house. I requested for my delivery to be refunded and there response was that 'it is not in the company policy to ever issue refunds' which is completely ILLEGAL. They said they would review this and get back to me and again... radio silence. I wish I would have paid slightly more and ordered elsewhere.

Dreadful. Bought an expensive tap that drips for seconds after it is closed. Sent a video and email and called many times to be told 'our manufacturer says no refund. Tolerate it!'. Avoid this outdated company and use one of the better merchants like Victorian Plumbing or Victoria Plumb. At least their customer service exists.

Do not buy anything that doesn't come as a complete package as the customer service is 1 star for actually replying to my complaint but not being prepared to do anything. We ordered a vanity unit including sink clicking on all the drop down options. Obviously have to order a tap separately which comes with it's waste. But the waste was too short on thread to fit the sink. We had 3 units and taps and had to waste time and money while the plumber purchased 3 "normal" wastes. QS wouldn't refund the difference, parroting they "don't offer advice" there was nothing on the sink or tap specifications to suggest an issue. Worst service I have had.

This company has taken my money and have no customer service!! I have never regretted purchasing from any website until today! I purchased a black Geberit flush plate on the site. The product I received was completely different to the product image and description on the website - I received a black shiny/glossy/mirror looking flush plate when there was no mention of this on the site and not even a minimal representation of a reflex on the image. I called the customer service to communicate this and was told to email, which I did. Given the product image and description on the website aren’t the right representation of the product I purchased, I’ve been discussing an exchange for an alternative product that actually looks like the image (even thought this would cost me an additional £30 which I’m happy to pay to resolve this — £109 in total for a flush plate!!!). They’ve collected my old product and now that they’ve received the product I sent back, they’re refusing to exchange and are saying that they can only refund me without the cost of delivery (which means that I’ll now lose £8 I paid for delivery on an item that doesn’t match the description or image on the website). I’ve been misled when I purchased the product and again by the customer service who led me to believe the matter was being dealt with and that the exchange would me made once they’ve received the item, just to then lie to me and try to take the money I paid for delivery, failing to provide me with a product that represents their product image and description.

If you want reliable and honest customer service, do not waste your time with QS Supplies. They delivered an item which was damaged and refused to refund or replace. Quite simply one of the worst companies I have come across. Never again.

UPDATE 03/01/2023 STILL NO REFUND BEEN TOLD LIE AFTER LIE TERRIBLE COMPANY DONT BUY FROM THEM,IM THAT UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE IM LEAVING MY CONTACT DETAILS SO ANYONE WISHING TO BUY CAN SPEAK TO ME DIRECTLY BEFORE THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE 07429530869. UPDATE 22/12/2022 STAY WELL CLEAR NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. 17 phone calls 15 emails waited in 3 days for collection still no refund the worst company I have ever dealt with they tell lies make it as hard as possible to return anything even when it’s incorrect MINUS 20 ⭐️ VERY VERY POOR AVOID AT ALL COSTS DIABOLICAL COMPANY. 28/11/2022 I ordered a 1200x1200 elegant grey finish shower tray it wasn’t delivered on time when I received it,it was a shower tray formula that needs to be tiled. I have rang QS SUPPLIES everyday and everyday they tell me they have arranged for the item to be collected and when it’s not they ask me to wait another 24 hours, so I have done some investigating and it’s come direct from ABACUS which they are saying QS SUPPLIES haven’t even asked them to Collect they also told me they are making no collections till mid January to February next year JOKE. To top it all QS SUPPLIES have said they won’t refund me till 5 working days after it’s collected. Luckily I have paid by credit card so I have now asked my credit card company to deal with it so if you must buy from QS SUPPLIES THEN PAY BY CREDIT CARD AS IT WILL PROTECT YOU AGAINST COMPANIES LIKE QS SUPPLIES. IF YOU WANT A DECENT SERVICE THEN AVOID QS SUPPLIES VERY VERY POOR COMPANY.

Cheap but a month of emails have gone nowhere in getting a simple part replaced. Apparently my issue is being passed to the manufacturer but it clearly isn’t. Contacted the manufacturer directly and awaiting a response

1. Misdescription of item - I initially used their contact form to explain an item purchased was not compatible with our heating system and that this limitation was not noted anywhere on the website. I asked for an exchange. This was completely ignored. 2. Breach of contract - I was then unreasonably refused a return within policy due to a fault with QS supplies communication system. They simply said it was now outside the 14 day policy so would not be honoured yet it was because they had not responded. 3. Poor service - unhelpful emails received demonstrating my query is clearly not being listened to properly or being escalated as requested. This is in addition to the contact form not working and the company making no effort to resolve this when it has been reported.

Close coupled toilet ordered. Only pan delivered. After 4 days of being ignored delivery of seat and cistern promised for delivery. Only seat arrived. They wouldn’t put cistern on next day delivery and said only asap. Who knows when or even what will be delivered. It sounds like they bow to whatever the warehouse dictates even though they are the incompetent members of staff.

Do NOT buy from this website!!! Be warned!!! Bought two shower doors as part of over £2,200.00 worth of bathroom fittings from this company and wanted to have one of the doors replaced with a smaller sized door as recommended by my plumber. The door was untouched and still in its original package and I sent them a picture to prove it. They wouldn't replace it because it was a few days beyond their 14 day returns policy period! I told them I was happy to pay a handling charge if necessary but they just repeated their returns policy!. I subsequently bought the smaller door from them but they then didn't even respond further to any of my emails. Shocking customer service! Save yourself the trouble, buy elsewhere!
