“The delivery only happened after I chased it. Initially I was told the items were out of stock, but then after chasing a possible date I got the delivery the next day. Miraculous! Product good though.”

“I’ve given a 3 star because the customer service was second to none; Ben Nicholls was a star in dealing with the issues I encountered - I had to pay delivery separately because the website didn’t charge it due to a technical problem, which delayed my delivery; when the delivery arrived, the wrong product was sent! Ben was very responsive and dispatched the right product straight away.”

“Alrhough the automated email notification said there is no way of tracking the order I received these channels so quickly it didnt matter! Very quick delivery. The channels are in use already holding an acrylic sheet to serve as a little desk spot by the window.”
