Upon arrival, our team documented extensive scratching on the trackwork, including damage found underneath your protective wrapping and broken components. We provided you with photographic evidence of this damage immediately.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, while customers have a right to return items, retailers are entitled to deduct value if goods are returned in a condition that is not 'as new.' We have processed a partial refund for all items that met resalable standards, minus the previously agreed-upon collection and restocking fees.
