“We live at 255 & the delivery was LEFT at number 25 & just by their side gate, thank goodnes they are honest, they said they were in the house but the driver didn't knock!
Fortunately, the house owner saw Peter's mobile number & rang us, the item was very long & wouldn't fit in our car so we had to walk to collect it.
We did get an apology from "Ben" but maybe a visit to Spec Savers would be useful.”

Ben was very responsive and dispatched the right product straight away.”
