QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“Hopefully I will not have to use QDOS during my week in France, so at present, unable to comment on anything other than the ease at which I was able to purchase the week's cover. It just seemed to me to make my life easier by having bi-lingual operators 24/7 and not having to worry about paying any bills then re-claiming. I have never heard of this company before, as I said I hope I don't need them, but will certainly consider them on my next driving venture into Europe.”

“Easy quotation process , much cheaper then the renewal from AA for the same cover, hopefully I will not have to use it though. The information for contact numbers following a breakdown could do with being clearer in the documentation, I only had to carry a card for my AA membership but now have to have a printout of the policy in my glove compartment but the price difference outweighs this minor inconvenience.”

However, after purchasing, I am not absolutely clear on what number I phone if I have a breakdown - it might just be me not seeing it, but I can't easily see the number prominently in what you have emailed me. Not had cause to call you out yet so unable to comment on that. However, I have already recommended that my sister looks at your website as her renewal from another company is astronomically high.”

“The web site was easy to negotiate -- the price was competetive -- because of the nature of the product we are unable assess the quality and efficiency of the service until we require these -- hopefully (with respect) not at all.”

“when I coudnt start my car, I called the company and asked for help. the pick up truck came as was agreed, but later i was told to pay over 20 miles return milage. As i knew that I chose a right policy and I'm covered for UK recovery, I called the company again. Only after third person i spoke, the matters were resolved, and I didnt need to pay any extras.”
