About QDOS Breakdown:

QDOS Breakdown is an emerging force in the motor breakdown and vehicle recovery market. We are also known as QDOS Rescue Services and are a trading style of QDOS Insurance Services, who has operated as an insurance intermediary since 2007. We started selling breakdown cover on the internet in February 2011 and have never looked back.

“The only query I have is: 1. It does not state in the e mail if any written documents are sent to us by post or the only record is by printing the pages off the computer. 2. It does not give clear instruction as to which tel number to contact if you breakdown. It only refers to making a claim and to obtain a claim form? Not too clear on its wording.”

“Good and easy site to use , good idea to keep cost down by not having to post out paperwork. BUT I feel it would be a good idea to have in your online paperwork a credit sized print out with phone number and space for policy No . that can be used to put in wallet or put in car with breakdown details , for ease of use.”
