I’m absolutely appalled at the service received by QDOS, my partners been waiting for his insurance money from this company we have been told three different days as to when the money will be in his bank and today three different times as to when the money will be released, some of the people working on the call lines have been rude I am absolutely appalled !!

Ella was truly brilliant. Despite my impatience she handled the claim with tenacious efficiency, despite the third parties attempts to delay matters. All emails were answered most politely and promptly. All the stress and anxiety of a RTA were non existent thanks to Ella and the QDOS team Many thanks Ella, your are the bestest. Paul

Having been hit in the back by a driver who then didn’t report the accident to his insurers or answer any calls or letters from them our case was a complete nightmare. We weren’t getting very far but it was great to have QDOS on my side. As soon as Rori took on our case everything started to sort itself out and she chased the other parties insurers relentlessly to get it sorted for us. She was also really approachable and so friendly and helpful, a credit to the company.

Five stars to Nicola Thompson. My claim was going nowhere fast till Nicola picked it up. Her response to my concerns, subsequent action and communication were brilliant. Just over a week later the car is going in for repair. Thanks for your help, Nicola!

WARNING>>>>Awful Awful Awful company DO NOT USE!! I cannot believe 100% of reviewers recommend this company. It will be interesting to see if they leave this review here... I used QDOS after my Mercedes Tipper Truck was hit head on by a Third Party who accepted full blame for the accident. My vehicle has been off the road ever since I am now 6 weeks down the line and still have no solution. The claim has been passed from pillar to post around the team , my first case handler was taken off claim and then passed to someone else. The staff are rude and abrupt and do not call back when they say they will. After 4 weeks of waiting , the engineer finally visited the vehicle and it was written off by him, at a very low figure which would never be enough to replace it... They didnt take into account it was automatic vehicle with and aluminum body , two items that make it more valuable than a standard comparable vehicle . When I discussed comparable evidence that would bring value up the engineer then said he may not write vehicle off. All the time whilst this has been going on the vehicle has been sat in a compound racking up rental costs every day ... I have never been told by QDOS that it is my responsibility to get this vehicle moved,( that is not driveable ) but I also have to pay the costs of storage and then try and claim them back. In 6 weeks of discussions with QDOS I have asked and asked what I need to do ( their recorded calls will back this up) about the vehicle and only now that the POLICE have written to me saying the vehicle may be destroyed as they are classing it as abandoned in the compound that QDOS have said that it is my responsibility to recover the vehicle. I didnt plan to have a no fault accident and find myself in a position where I will end up with not enough money to replace it, have to pay for storage costs and claim them back whilst all the time trying to run my own business. QDOS mission statement is "We will surpass the requirements of customers who appreciate excellence ".... This is laughable and in no way have they ever surpassed any of my requirements. DO NOT USE.... unless you want to waste weeks of your life getting nowhere ...

After an unexpected car park incident and the perpetrator leaving a fake note, he didn’t see my dash cam. I was put in touch with QDOS by my local garage. I found the process was painless as QDOS where brilliant. I got regular updates though out the long process.

My claims advisor Cat was extremely professional, helpful and friendly and kept me up to date with what was happening. She was always happy to answer any questions, no matter how silly. She offered reassurance all the way through and always called when she said she would, I couldn't have asked more of her.

Someone hit my car and caused £1000 damage. I sensed they wouldn't accept liability so I was referred to QDOS by a local garage. Very efficient process from QDOS meant that everything was taken care of. The person who hit my car denied liability and lied to say I hit their car! As it happened I had a video of the incident so their insurer eventually agreed to cover the full cost. I highly recommend QDOS but I recommend having strong evidence of liability before making a claim. They will act on your behalf without involving your insurer at all, assuming you have the evidence.

I was very happy with the service I received from QDOS and the whole claim was managed in a very efficient manner. The only shortcoming that I noted was one of procedure - when Kindertons first contacted me, they asked for information that I had already provided (eg The statement of truth). This surprised me and caused some concern, as it seemed that they may have been attempting to muscle in on QDOS. However, a phone call to Louise solved my problem and all continued apace. Overall, a very good service.

The staff AT QDOS were so helpful I didn't really have to do anything. They worked around the times that I was available to talk etc. which made things at work easier. A car which is in great condition and similar size to my car was delivered to my place of work as I was struggling to meet at the garage to pick up the rental car, which made life much easier. The repairs to my own car are first class. Can't fault QDOS at all would definitely recommend them.
