“I would advise against using the services of QDOS. I experienced very poor support following our initial correspondence. Once the other party accepted liability and provided payment to QDOS, it required three months of persistent phone calls and emails to resolve the matter. I was repeatedly told that they would contact their accounts team, yet my final inquiry remained unanswered. I ultimately had to involve the original firm to pressure them into issuing the payment. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.”

“Absolutely horrendous, took 5 months to resolve a minor no fault claim, everything was agreed within a month but took a further 4 months to issue payment. Zero communication, I had to constantly chase them for info and never returned promised phone calls. If it was possible to rate minus stars I would, avoid at all costs”

“Been waiting for a payment since car got pranged in Feb.. Absolute joke of a company, I am constantly emailing and calling, there is no customer service with these at all. They dont reply to emails or call you back. Avoid at all costs. I honestly wish I had googled reviews beforehand. Am going to get a solicitor on the case and if need be take these idiots to court as the payment has still not been issued. I honestly cant stress this enough.... THEY ARE TOTALLY SHOCKING!!!!!!!!”

“Avoid this company. I Googled the phone number of my insurance company, and in my post accident state of mind, didn't notice I had been redirected to Qdos, who I believed were a sub company working on behalf of Churchill. They dealt with the assessment and write off if my car swiftly, but I am having problems getting the agreed payout. Getting through to the 'accounts department' is impossible, and they don't call back or answer emails. I know they have the money from the third party, and are sitting on it. Disgusting!”

“Stick with your insurance company and avoid Qdos Assist at all costs. They will keep your settlement payment for months on end. If only i researched this company before i used them”

“They took on our case in July the third party admitted fault straight away they received the payment in August. After this all communication stopped and they have essentially stolen the money. Every time you call nobody can help. Accounts team and managers are unavailable but follow up emails will be sent with no response. Follow their complaints procedure and received no reply. Now looking to take legal action. You will see many reviews like this if you google them absolutely disgusting company that should not be allowed to operate.”

“Disgusting company. Had a none fault accident back in January. 3rd party admitted liability, no arguments. QDOS wrote the car off for a £225 repair but whatever. They offered me a payout figure which I accepted on the 10.1.25. As of now, I am still awaiting payment and they have now stopped responding to emails. Awful customer service.”

“Absolutely appalling service and my partner is now seeking to escalate the matter to small claims court and report them to FCA. Had an accident in July, other driver accepted fault and amount agreed. My partners car was written off and scrapped within 2wks. We're still chasing and waiting for payment of funds. "apparently they've had staffing shortage in the finance dept". With no car, no funds and no hire car offered in the interim. He works nights for the ambulance service so commuting has been an absolute nightmare! Would have given a zero if I could.”

“Honestly this company deserve 0 stars 1 star is being too generous. Car was written off in April and the insurance payment we was told would go direct to the finance company as the car was on finance. However despite Qdos having the insurance payout since June they have still not sent it out and we are now in November. The finance company have recieved no payment from them which was supposed to be £12519 . Qdos consistently lie after lie and refuse to put us through to anyone always promising a call back or an email which never comes . They don't respond to emails or calls and at this point I'm assuming they are with helding the money which is theft . We've consulted a solicitor and we will see them Monday morning we intend to take this further”

“Shocking service. Lack of communication, having to chase constantly. Wrote car off even though it was cosmetic damage. Still waiting for payment. Sent complaint but no acknowledgement, looks like going to Fos. S”

“Scandalous company, my car door and front wing were slightly damaged through no fault of my own so we took the vehicle to a body shop who said they went through Qdos and not to worry, what a joke. A woman called Annie Reddington from QDOS called back a few days later and said all they could do was write the car off and give us £4500 which was their estimate value of the vehicle and the damage was £4500 to fix, this was a lie. The vehicle had a few dints and the price of the vehicle, a 2014 Ford Kuga with 60,000 miles was £7,850 so they most likely wanted to make a few grand of us. I took the car to another repair shop and they quoted £800 so a difference of £3700 to fix, what a bunch of CHARLATANS, avoid, avoid, avoid.”
