“Create service communication and staff. All very helpful and professional”

“Didn't receive any communication for long periods of time. I was asked to upload evidence but it was months before any kind of response or futher instruction was received. I felt the assessor was good and communicated well during final online video calls but apart from that the communication was poor.”
