“It was abit weird at first saying what I was about to do on the filming. As I have been doing this job for 28 years with the same firm, but our instructor/ examiner made me feel at ease and he was nice chap.”

“Little to no guidance from NVQ assessor, hard to contact with long waiting times on responses. After submitting all the evidence, NVQ assessor was unreachable. After hearing nothing back for 4 months, I had to resubmit evidence to a different NVQ assessor. Very poor service.”

“After going to three other training companies previous to Q2W, who completely delayed and muck me about, I was quite disillusioned with training companies, but after speaking with Chris of q2w, he explained it would be a simple process and fairly quick, and true to his word after supplying him with all the course material, I had my qualification in a matter of weeks, excellent service”
