“Quick delivery, great packaging and product.
I’ve bought two of the buckwheat pillows as my husband loved the first one (mine!). They’ve transformed our sleeping. It’s comfortable from the minute I lie down and my neck pain has nearly gone.”

“Customer service were great and advised me on a couple of pillows that they thought could work, given my situation (small neck and frame, side sleeper, find memory foam too hard). As I was in the UK for a short holiday, I ordered both to speed things up, thinking I would return the other one. My only negative feedback is that I wasn’t able to try the pillows without the plastic hygiene wraps as once you open you can no longer return them (not easy to do properly) and then I had to return the one I didn’t want at my own cost. They advised tracked delivery which cost over £11! (On a £79 pillow). Both these things did leave a slightly bad taste I have to say. The good news is that the pillow I kept is close to perfect so it all worked out in the end. I’m really glad that I went for Putnams over a zillion possibilities on Amazon.”
“I have had a Putnams pillow before many years ago so ordered with confidence but the memory foam was too hard. As I'd used it I couldn't return it. They gave me 50% off the normal one but this is also too uncomfortable. Maybe they just don't suit me anymore but it's £150 wasted on pillows I can't use.
You can't return them if you take the plastic wrap off but can't really try them out overnight with them on.
Very disappointing and expensive”
