“The under mattress raiser arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had forgotten it comes with a cover and there was no indication on the very large box that there was a cover in there so we put the raiser under the mattress without the cover. It was quite a feat and I wouldn'thave managed it with a second person. Tucking the sheets in without the cover was also difficult due to the weight and friction we were fighting against. I accept this was my fault but something to indicate the cover was in the box would be helpful so you go looking for it; the box is too big to turn upside down and tip the cover out so fnding the cover by chance is unlikely.”

“The product arrived timeously but was awkwardly stuffed into a smaller post box. It was undamaged although the outer package was slashed. Because this wedge pillow did not work for my husband's respiratory problem (see below), we bought another wedge pillow from another company and this was much better packaged in a cardboard box.”

“My wife and I have both ordered from Putnams with success. We like the fact that it is a British Company making products by hand - which does take time since it is not an off the shelf supplier. I bought a buckwheat pillow after trying one a friend had bought. It takes a bit of getting used to and is very heavy but I do believe that my sleep has improved. My wife, who is recovering from a hip fracture bought a V pillow and covers which she is very pleased with. Not cheap but beautifully made products.”
