“The order process was easy and the mattress wedge arrived in the timescale stated. We have been very happy with it but It was very expensive and I was dismayed when offered a code for 5% discount as soon as I had ordered and paid and then another a few days later for 10% discount. It would be better for everyone during these hard times if the prices were reduced overall as it's not something that I would buy again.”

“We ordered a catheter cushion which arrived quite quickly but unfortunately we had to return it. The gentleman it was for found that although the cushion is foam, the front edge of it it dug into the backs of his thighs.”
