“I am a British osteopath who lives and works in France. I ordered a pillow on the Putnams French website recently. I paid for the pillow and postage in Euros. At no point was there any mention that the pillow would be shipped from Britain and that I would have to pay import duty on the pillow. When I received notification that the pillow had arrived at my local Post Office, I refused to pay the import duty (35Euros). The pillow that I paid 140 Euros for was sent back to Putnams. I have asked for a refund but have heard nothing from Putnams. I would appreciate some feedback from Putnams.”
