“Easy to order, good communication, arrived promptly. easy to assemble and install with good instructions, very pleased. Only comment would be the timber 'runners' are loose in the cast iron hangers so move about a bit, but is easy to fix, so not a problem.”

“I don't know why I didn't order the Deluxe Pulleymaid before now.......! It's absolutely brilliant. My husband installed it very easily. I did have a query about the wooden laths but received a very prompt response from the Pulleymaid customer service guys. We live in a small barn conversion with very high ceilings. The days of having a clothes horse full of wet clothes in my study are well and truly over. I hoist the washing up into the ceiling and can completely forget about it. And it dries so much faster as it's obviously benefitting from all the warm air up high. Can't recommend it highly enough!”

“The pulley maid original works well and was easy to install. The quality of the casting is reasonable, though I dislike the plastic rollers in the pulley (probably works/lasts better though). Delivery to Finland took a lot longer than promised, however communication was quick and polite and they tracked down the problem efficiently (I believe the problem was to do with contractors at this end) Over all, i am happy with the product, and feel the price was reasonable.”
