“Like this decorative bark, my landscaper even asked me where I got it although it does have the odd painted bit of wood in it. Arrived in good time.”

“Delivery drivers were excellent. Product good but some stones much bigger than advertised. There were also quite a bit of rubish inclluded.”

“Delivery could have been less painful if the bulk bags had been delivered by hiab truck instead of on pallets which were broken. Otherwise would have excellent.”

“The slate was excellent but the delivery was unsatisfactory and did not match the contract wording and as a result the stone was left in a very inconvenient place.I do think that a check should be made by you on your delivery sub contractors ability to match the statements re delivery that you make on your sales contract.”

“Proturf good, however delivery service awful. We had two deliveries the first guy was efficient and delivered it into our drive as expected and no problem. I then ordered a 2nd bag and the guy was terrible! You need to check very carefully the delivery details, as it is only curbside delivery, which is bananas! A ton bag of sand left on the curb is just not practical or safe for pedestrians!”

“Having recently ordered two separate turf deliveries, one of 40m2 and the other of 11m2 with weeks of each other due to my inability to lay turf that quickly, I was delighted with the quality of the product delivered but disappointed at the transport costs associated with each deliver. On the second delivery, the transport cost exceeded the turf purchased?”
