“Makita drill - the forward/reverse button broke after less than a month so had to go and be repaired. Had to buy another drill to use as we were in the middle of building decking.”

“Great website easy to use, and easy ordering system, I would advise caution when choosing your product, I ordered, amongst other items, some 1/4" has jobber bits, something I've used for years the bits that arrived are hopeless, no good for steel and they wobbled in the chuck so not much good for anything else, when I spoke to a very helpful bloke from technical he apologised and said he would send me a better grade of bit, 2 days later I recieved another pack of hss jobber bits, now I have 20 useless bits 😐”

“I ordered a set of metric HSS drills to replace an old Imperial set that is getting smaller and smaller as I break or blunt its contents! It came much quicker than I expected and was contained in a steel box with internal plastic holders for each drill. The price was reasonable and I have been 100% pleased with the performance of the drills I have used so far with wood, steel and plastic. Just what the doctor ordered!!”
