“The website and service may be good but the product we recieved was woeful. The SDS Max (into the chuck end) material is not up to standard, chewed up and wouldn't release from the chuck. Waste of money.”

“I was pleased to find, in all but one size, my required drill sizes were all in stock. The other size was obtainable from another source. Ordering was easy, and the very reasonably priced drill packs arrived within 10 days.”

“well can't lie, I bought a 32mm core bit and an SDS plus extention adaptor. The first core cutter lost one of its teeth after about a minute, however a photo and quick email to the company bought a timely reply and the offer of either a refund or replacement. The replacement came two days later and worked perfectly I drilled 2x 32mm holes through 2 courses of brick and a concrete lintel.”
